Off-Grid Accommodation
Our off-grid accommodation modules are based on our standard build platform of rolled steel with galvanised insulation panels. These modules give full height rooms, so using the space efficiently. They are clad externally with waney Britch Larch or British western red cedar. The cladding internally is with halflog tongue and groove pine. Vinyl flooring is used but can be upgraded to laminate. They have enough power from their power packs to last a week if only lighting is used, but, have the advantage of being able to be easily swapped over mid-week if required. They come with insulated mono pitched roofs.
The Caboose
Designed to be a more robust two person accommodation than standard, with a single window and half glazed door. Overall 4.2m long and 2.5m wide, with extra heigh ceilings to counter the smaller space. Fitted with an interchangeable 400w power pack, feeding 10w of LED lighting and a single USB socket. This unit has 80mm of solid wall insulation with a mix of 100mm slab mineral wool and solid PIR insulation in the ceiling. Priced at £9,850 ex Cambridgeshire compound plus VAT and delivery. (option available to be on-grid).
The Cabana
Able to be on-grid as well as off-grid, this module is 6.9m long x 2.5m wide with two options for the bathroom. It has a small kitchenette as well. Powered by our 2,700w power pack, this package packs a punch. It has either lpg gas or solar hot water, comes in the off grid version with a cassette toilet or a standard bathroom package with shower in the on-grid version, has it’s own water tank for manual fill if off grid, a kitchenette with Liebherr +++ fridge and lpg hob with sink. With 20w of LED lighting and USB socket this is a great package for off-grid accommodation. The on-grid version has tv point and three double sockets. The powerpack can be swapped mid-week if required. The Cabana is built to the same specification as the Caboose with 80mm of solid wall insulation and 100mm slab mineral wool and solid PIR insulation in the ceiling.
