Based on our Crofters Cabin, The Cabinet is designed to be cost effective for families wishing to have their loved ones near. It has the advantage of being extended to increase space, up to 54 square metres gross. As a general guide the price is £1,000 per gross square metre. Built using our rolled steel frame with solid galvanised insulation panels, the bathroom is large enough for reduced mobility. The Sun Vista room at the end of the Cabinet is there for a change of perspective. There is an option for either electric or lpg heating, the walls being thicker than standard to reduce the heat loss in a naturally warmer environment. Clad in Red Cedar with internal walls wallpapered, the starter size unit – pictured, is a great package for £38,000.
